- To maximize utilisation of the website for registration purposes

- To improve retention of doctors within Zimbabwe.
- To establish re-certification schemes
DISCIPLINE
- To develop SOPs for assessment of complaints
- To standardize decisions and penalties to be effected
- To develop codes of conduct and practice for each discipline
- To improve Professional Development policy
- To advocate in terms of doctors’ working conditions
EDUCATION
- To teach and train medical and dental undergraduates and postgraduates on ethics and professionalism.
- To enhance partnership and exchange programmes with regional and international medical training institutions.
- To ensure quality undergraduate and post graduate medical and dental education
